The '78/'79 Honda CR 125 swingarm is fabricated from 6061
aircraft aluminum. To eliminate stress, all material is brought to a fully annealed "T0" condition prior to forming. Once formed and welded, the swingarms are fixtured and heat-treated to the "T6" condition for maximum strength. The swingarms are then bright dipped and/or anodized per customer request.
Requests for modifications involving shock location or nonstandard
lengths can usually be accomodated. The swingarm incorporates a readily available contemporary chain guard and utilizes the standard swingarm bearings. Durability, quality, attention to detail, and great looks make Novation Racing swingarms the industry standard. |
