Novation Racing Inc., is the largest
manufacturer of aftermarket aluminum swingarms and has been offering their hand made aluminum alloy arms to the mini motocross racing community since 1998. Since that time, over 300 units have been sold and are being raced in competition at all levels. The swingarms are fabricated from 6061 aircraft aluminum. To eliminate stress, all components are brought to a fully annealed "T0" condition prior to forming. Once formed and welded, the swingarms are fixtured and heat treated to the "T6"condition for maximum strength. The swingarms are then bright dipped and/or anodized per the customer's request. Improvements in swingarm bearings, chain guides, and other associated hardware have been made. Quality, strength, attention to detail, and great looks have made Novation swingarms the industry standard. |
